HELLO SHE&HE,
SHE~Selina~ and SHEella are officially back as of now and we're gonna revamp the guild (make the guild undergo major changes). We're REALLY SORRY that we've been gone for so long but that's no longer gonna happen all right =D

We would like to thank all those who have stayed on and supported the guild when we were away. Thank you VERY MUCH! Especially Angel who will now be promoted to being co-leader permanently.

So firstly, we're gonna update the member list soon.

Secondly, NO MORE TESTERS ARE ALLOWED IN SHE&HE. that means, only leaders can recruit from now on. And all requirements will be changed.

Thirdly, I cannot and won't tolerate people who keep quiting and joining the guild so if you wanna quit - by all means now, after which we're gonna be adament about rules.

Fourthly, this guild will be private soon so for those who wants to join must go through an official audition and we won't be recruiting openly.

Fifth, NO MORE WAR. I repeat, NO MORE ALL RIGHT. I know all of you, like us, are very irritated with members offending others. And those who leave because you hate us then just be it, you don't have to become enemies with us ~.~

1) Those who are having temporary slots (regular members without posts) kindly give up your slots to those you wanna donate.
2) Our next goal is 50 million dens for 70 members.
3) I bet many of you want to join so again, BE PATIENT and wait for slots.
4) If you want them quickly, then you have to donate to speed thins up.
5) Don't procrastinate. If not we'll have no choice but to kick (but of course, we won't wanna do that =], so you know what to do.)

As I noticed some members are unhappy with the guild (yes, i know). If you are feeling unfair or injustice, could you kindly send a mail to the guild mail. You do not need to state your IGN or name or whatever. Also, we will not check who is it from or what. Yes. Email will be replied within a few days or fastest, on that day itself. Please do cooperate with us for the moment. We are apologetic if we left out anyone as you know our guild is kinda huge for now and new members are pouring in every moment. Regarding FAM...

There has been a couple of questions lately about FAM so I'm going to answer them.

DOES IT MEAN THAT IF YOU CONTRIBUTE (in terms of den), YOU'LL BE ABLE TO STAY IN FAM PERMANENTLY?

My very direct answer is no, sorry. It doesn't mean that if you donate, whatever amount it is, you'll be able to get into FAM. For this, I'm sorry. To get in FAM you first need to come and talk to me, SHE~Selina~, and I'll decide whether to put you in FAM. Of course, if you've been an active and a non-troublemaker you will most likely be able to be given access to the FAM. However, if you display and bad attitude and keep pestering the leaders to let you in, the chances may not be as high.

Right now, the priority is still to raise enough dens to expand the FAM.

Until then, we'll decide who can join. The remaining slots will be LEFT EMPTY for the time being so stop telling us that there is space and requesting to be in it. Those slots are meant for donations only.

New Rules

Please take note of our new rules :

1) No Kicking Unless have valid reasons , and WARN before you kick.

2) NO vulgarities. Maintain a high standard of basic respect & courtesy.

3) Show basic respect to all guildd members, allies, council and all players of audition -Respect others and they'll respect you back! -RESPECT is demanded for the council. They aren't just there for nothing ! EVEN if you do have objections, over their decisions, you can SPEAK to them

4) Non testers are NOT allowed to test. - Recruited members will have to be re-tested, or will be blacklisted and in the worst scenario, expelled. - Member who tested will be dealt with severly by HOD/DM.

5) DO NOT i mean DO NOT start guildd war even if they irritate us. - There's always a better way of solving things and defending our guildd name.

6) No finding of personal troubles. ------- It really reflects bad on us. Anything, you can report to DMs , xD

7) Do inform the guild of you're leaving. It's always good for a final goodbye~

8) Do not create chaos in the guildd, war with guildd mates etc. - Don't make our poor DMs busy.

9) No joining another guild's FAM. Be patient and wait to join SHE&HE's FAM (SHE~HE).

10) NO SPAMMING IN GUILD BLOG

11) If rules are not obeyed, by the 3rd warning you'll be expelled.

.::TESTERS::.

1) Be polite to all taking tests. Those passed but don't wan join,(kpo ppl) don kick, but KINDLY ask them to leave, to give up the slot for others who wanna try, if they refuse, and u're nt sure to kick anot, pm the council.

2) testers are to report ANY thing that happen during recruiting. I mean , trouble makers and all that to the council.

3) Testers are to note down names of ppl who passed and WANNA join. Give them the OLD blog website: oh-she.blogspot.com if only they passed and wanna join.

4) Any members that request the new guild webbie from you, Kindly ask them to email to guild mail, oh-heandshe@hotmail.com

5) Tag at preferably both guildd blogs the names of those who passed by you.

~NOTICE~
RECRUITMENT CAN BEGIN AS OF TOMRROW, SATURDAY, 16 AUG 2008.

Even though recruitment will begin, please note of several rules for all testers:
1) Do not provoke any of the people taking the tests.
2) Please do be strict in judging whether the player is qualified to be part of our guild. We don't need members with good skills to play but the basic respect and courtesy must be present, no one will want our reputation to tarnish =]
3) On fridays, STOP RECRUITMENT. There will still be meetings to keep track of the progress so do turn up.

As for members, I would appreciate if you WILL NOT test any of your friends AT ALL. Only testers are supposed to do that. If you are caught testing when you aren't a tester, warnings will be issued and the more severe cases, you and your friend will have to be expelled.

Do abide by the rules.

By the way, I haven't been online quite often so please listen to Angel and stop giving her trouble.

Battle of the NPCs

Dance Battle 4 Key Team

SONG:
Random Song (BPM range can be requested by the participants)

DETAILS:
Guild members is to form into threes to battle against the NPCs (Selina,Kage,Ella)
There will be a total of three rounds.
All teams are given only one chance.

In the first Round, all teams will challenge against the NPCs.
The winning teams would be called on for the next round after all the teams has participated.

In the second Round, winning teams will challenge against the NPCs.
The final few winning teams would be called on the next round.

Final Round, the final winning teams will challenge against the NPCs to the song Can Can (150bpm)
The winning team emerges!
NOTE: If all the teams lost, the winning team would be the team whose difference with the NPCs score is the smallest.

Note: You cannot change your group throughout the event
